The Traxbean Electronic Monitoring Inspection App V1.0 is a mobile application designed for the care and management of special populations. This software is suitable for special groups including the elderly in nursing homes, patients with rare diseases, individuals with psychiatric conditions, those on medical parole, etc. The focus of care and management for these special populations is to monitor their location, vital signs, and alarm data.

This software connects to servers that provide remote positioning and monitoring services and retrieves various data uploaded by devices to enable management personnel to view the real-time location, status, and health data of special populations through the mobile app. It can receive abnormal alarms from special populations, such as electronic fence entry/exit alarms, positioning watch/locator removal alarms, health sign abnormality alarms, low battery alarms, offline alarms, etc., and can also receive tasks and messages issued by the regulatory backend through the app.

The following will use the scenario of a nursing home, where caregivers and nursing home management personnel manage the intelligent positioning of the elderly as an example to illustrate the use of this software.

The software has five main functional modules: Team, Alarm, Device, Tasks, and My.

Each caregiver has an app account, and after logging in, they can manage the safety of one or several elderly people under their management.

The Team function allows you to view the positions of all elderly people under a caregiver’s management on the same map, check the caregiver’s own location, and also view the historical trajectory of each person within a certain period.

Under Alarm, you can see the alarm list generated by all elderly people under the caregiver’s management, view each alarm data, including position, alarm type, alarm time, etc.

In the Device function, you can view the device status of all elderly people under the caregiver’s jurisdiction, send commands to the device, perform device configuration, and even control the device to take photos remotely. Through interaction with the device, caregivers can communicate with the elderly’s watches, for example, sending severe weather warnings, system notifications, business notifications, care messages, etc.

Under Tasks, caregivers can view tasks assigned to them by the nursing home and can click on tasks to feedback completion status.

In the My function, caregivers can set their personal avatar, edit their profile, set a password, update the software, punch in, change maps or languages, etc. Caregivers can punch in after arriving at the elderly’s location, record a video of themselves, the elderly, and the environment for punch-in, and the system will automatically mark the elderly’s location, status, and punch-in time.

 When a caregiver/nursing home management personnel begins to use this software, they can Signup an account on the app. The username, nickname, and password are set by the caregiver themselves. If the entered password contains illegal characters, this software will pop up a prompt saying “The password is limited to uppercase and lowercase English letters and numbers only. Please do not enter other characters. The password length should be 6 to 10 characters.” Please provide a password that complies with the rules according to the prompt. The organization code is the code of the caregiver’s organization in the backend system, for example, if the caregiver belongs to Department A of a certain nursing home, then the caregiver’s management personnel need to find out the organization code of Department A of the nursing home in the backend system and provide it to the caregiver.
