Operating in low-energy broadcast mode, it continuously transmits undirected advertising packets on channels 37, 38, and 39, achieving a maximum broadcast range of up to 70 meters. The device supports both iBeacon and Eddystone modes, making it versatile for various deployment scenarios.

Upon power-up, the BC20 immediately broadcasts essential data including MAC address, UUID, Major, Minor, and RSSI values. Its default configuration delivers an exceptional 5-year battery life, ensuring maintenance-free operation for extended periods. The broadcast parameters are fully customizable via the “95POWER_xbeacon” mobile application, allowing users to adjust UUID, Major, Minor, RSSI, and other settings to suit specific application requirements.
