Close case

Close case will not result in the deletion of the device, nor will it result in the deletion of the target. Closing the case only marks that the system no longer records and alerts the location and health data of controlled personnel.

After unbinding the device and personnel, the device can be bound to other controlled personnel to monitor their location and health status.

Even if the device is not bound to any Target, the system will still parse and display all data, including location, health, and alarms, after receiving the uploaded data from the device. You can view and manage the device.
