Check-in

This video demonstrates the process of an app user recording a video with location to Present the user. The app will upload the video along with the user’s current location to the backend server. The uploaded video and corresponding location information can be viewed on the backend server. This feature is used by regulators for scenarios such as inspections of regulated targets, on-site verifications, and reporting of abnormal situations.

The check-in function allows caregivers to clock in on-site. When caregivers need to report their location and status to this software, or complete check-in tasks according to work requirements, this function can be used. Click the clock in button on my main interface to enter the clock in interface.

The check-in interface is divided into three parts, with the top edge being the return button and the positioning button; The middle part shows the location of the app user on the map, while the lower part is the check-in information area.

The check-in information area displays the app user name, text address, avatar, and check-in button. App users first click the location button, and the map area will display their latest location in a bubble. Clicking   on the map area will zoom in and out of the map. If the latest location is incorrect, you can move on the map and select your correct location. After confirming the location is correct, click the check-in button in the check-in information area. This software will open the phone camera and display a preview screen. App users aim their cameras at the check-in content and click on record to start recording the video. You can adjust the flash, image settings, focus, zoom, switch lenses, and other operations through the function buttons. After the recording is completed, this software will display a preview. After the customer confirms the content, click the  on the top edge of the check-in interface. 

This software will upload the video and its corresponding time and location information to complete one check-in.The manager would check the check-in video in the webpage.
