Thinkrace demonstrates how can the court use the system to regulate restraining orders or Protective Order
The Traxbean system implements Restraining Order
Victim protection is implemented in Thinkrace’s independently developed Traxbean location and security management system.
The feature could help courts or prisons police protective or restraining orders, with systems constantly monitoring the distance between multiple victims and multiple perpetrators. When the distance between the two parties falls below the preset distance, the system will send an alert message to both parties and the supervisor.
In the Traxbean system, a “Target” is a person in custody, such as a bail offender, a violator, a parolee, etc. “Guardian” refers to a protected person, such as a victim, a protected witness, or a vulnerable person in need of care.
Main contents of the restraining order
A Protective Order, sometimes called a Restraining Order, is a legal document issued by a court to provide legal protection to an individual against domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, harassment, or other forms of threats and harm.

Protection orders usually cover the following:
No Contact: Orders the abuser or harasser (i.e., Target in this system) not to have direct or indirect contact with a protected individual (i.e., Guardian in this system), which may include communication by phone, email, social media, or other means.
Distance: The abuser or harasser is required to maintain a certain physical distance from protected individuals, which may include residence, workplace, or school.
Prohibition of certain acts: This may include prohibiting the abuser from being near the protected person’s home or workplace, or prohibiting them from engaging in certain threatening or harassing acts.
Child custody and visitation: In cases involving domestic relationships, a protective order may contain provisions regarding child custody and visitation to ensure the safety of the child.
Property access: A protection order may stipulate that the abuser cannot enter or use common property, such as a home or vehicle.
Weapons restrictions: In some cases, protective orders may require the abuser to surrender or not possess a weapon.
Consequences of violation: Violating a protection order is a criminal offense that can result in fines, imprisonment, or other legal consequences.
Applications for protective orders usually require the victim to provide evidence of violence or threats. Once approved by the court, the protective order will take effect immediately and may last for a period of time, depending on the court’s decision and the specific circumstances of the case.
