ThinkRace receives daily inquiries about professional wearable devices from around the world, with our main markets covering North America, South America, and the Middle East. Currently, we have signed regional exclusive authorization agreements with some long-term partners in specific business areas. We do not advocate for exclusive cooperation models at the initial stage of collaboration. We respect our partners’ efforts and prefer to gradually deepen the relationship. Typically, we do not engage in negotiations for regional exclusivity during the sampling phase. Instead, we tend to consider entering a deeper commitment only after completing at least one order or project collaboration, and after six months to a year of cooperation, when both parties feel it is necessary to further enhance the partnership for a stable and mutually beneficial relationship.
Can ThinkRace help me customize products?
ThinkRace offers professional customization services for wearable products to meet the personalized needs of our customers. We hope clients understand that the development of electronic products is not simply the assembly of LEGO blocks, but a complex process that requires time, resources, and specialized skills. Typically, a product goes through multiple stages from conceptual design to final mass production, including design, Engineering Verification Testing (EVT), Design Verification Testing (DVT), and Production Verification Testing (PVT).
The cost of this process depends on the specific hardware and software requirements of the product, with the development cycle ranging from 4 to 9 months, accompanied by corresponding expenses. Therefore, while we are able to offer customized product services, we recommend that customers first consider collaborating based on our existing product line. Investing heavily in customization from the beginning not only entails high costs but also carries relatively greater risks.
We encourage customers to use our existing products as a starting point for collaboration, which can reduce initial investment and minimize risks while validating product performance and market feedback in practical applications. As the partnership progresses, we can gradually adjust and optimize the products based on the customer’s specific needs, achieving more efficient and cost-effective customization solutions.
Does ThinkRace provide free samples?
ThinkRace focuses on designing and manufacturing smartwatches and other wearable devices for specialized fields, primarily serving specific industries such as judicial electronic monitoring and worker management, rather than the consumer electronics market. We offer free samples to clients with whom we have established long-term partnerships, but this policy is not available to all customers.
We encourage potential customers to thoroughly assess the compatibility of our products with their project requirements after gaining a deeper understanding of their needs. Once it is confirmed that the product meets the project requirements, they can proceed with purchasing samples.
